Dear Judy, Thank you very much for your offer of Spring City Golf Tour. I will be working on it soon and will advise you accordingly. Anyway this is also to let you know that all of us had a very good time in Kumning thanks to you and your tour operators for successfully arranging our tour. We were all very happy with the services provided by Amanda (interpreter). She was very dedicated to her work and we all know she will do very well in the future. Please give our best wishes to her and hope to use her and your services in the very near future. Now, regarding the trip of Mrs Shahaeen Kahn & family to Kumming and Hong Kong. As I will be also be on the tour party I have been advised by Mrs. Sahaheen Khan to organize this trip. I think it is better if we arrange the Hong Kong trip ourselves as it may cheaper. But we would like you to do the Kunming Tour for us. I give below our itinerary: a. 10th July 2006 Monday- Arrive in Kumning By China Eastern from Dhaka, meet and transfer to NEW ERA HOTEL for overnight stay. b. 11th July 2006 Tuesday- Transfer to Airport from Hotel for afternoon flight to Hong Kong. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ c. 15th July 2006 Saturday Arrive in Kunming from Hong Kong and transfer to NEW ERA HOTEL for overnight stay d. 16th July 2006 Sunday Visit to Kunming Wild Zoo Park & Black Dragon Pool Park (B/L) e. 17th July 2006 - Monday -Trip to Jiuxiang Cave, Water Fall, Cruise on River Valley (B/L) f. 18th July 2006 Free Day g. 19th July 2006 Free Day h. 20th July 2006 Collect from Hotel & Transfer to Airport for Dhaka flight. Your Quotation to include the following: 1. HOTEL NEW ERA Total 6(SIX) nights. We need 4 (Four) Double rooms (2 Double Rooms with Extra Bed & 2 Double Rooms (NO EXTRA). 2 Rooms with 3 Adults and 1 Child (Under 11 years) 1 Room with 2 Adults and 1 Child (Under 11 years) 1 Room with 2 Adults 2. 2 Days Sightseeing 3.
