Dear Judy,

Thank you for the most memorable China - Yunnan 2002 Tour that you organised
for Mike and me.

We will come back to Kunming again or have you to organise our next China
Trip at different destinations in future.

The itinerary was appropriate for 12 days as recommended by the Yunnan Overseas
Travel Service web site.
However, it will be more time and cost saving to travel from Kunming to
Dali, then Lijiang and Shangri La, fly back to Kunming based on the
geographical locations instead of flying from Kunming to Lijiang, then
Shangri La, back to Lijiang, then Dali and Kunming.

The vegetarian meals were good - specially the wild mushroom steamboat and
the " Crossed Bridge Mee Fan" at Kunming and the authentic vegetarian meal
at Chiju San.

Caring Tour Guides - Joseph at Lijian and you at Kunming and experience
drivers - Master Wang and Siu Yang were rare these days which could be the
most important factor of the tour. We were lucky to have you all.

The entire success of the quality trip is based on their ability to interact
with the customers.
The extra cost for experience Guides and drivers is worth it.

Perhaps a little warning - good walking shoes and fitness for fair bit of
cave and mountain walk are expected (minimum 1 hour walk one way direction
at each destinations is expected, there is no turn back) or prepared to be
carried up hill or on a horse back at additional cost.

Individual Hotel shower facility is highly recommended instead of shower
available in the bathtub to prevent slippage. Alternatively a bath mat on a
wet used bathtub is an alternate arrangement for the influx of tourist in
2008 for the Olympic.

Inclusion, we have enjoyed the Yunnan trip and will definitely recommend
your services to other travellers.

Day02 Oct 1st(Tue): Kunming - Jiuxiang Cave-Stong Forest
This morning drive to 60Km to the Jiuxiang Cave to travel the Stone Forest under
grounds . Believed to be the early dwelling place of the Yi's ancestors. Continue
drive 70Km to the Stone Forest in the afternoon. Overnight in Stone Forest Hotel

Day03 Oct 2nd(Wen) Stone Forest - Kunming .
You may have a close view of Stone Forest - world's karst wonder. Return to
Kunming in the afternoon. Proceed to the Golden Temple. Golden Dragon Hotel

Day04 Oct 3rd(Thu) Kunming - Lijiang
Take morning flight to Lijiang. Upon arrival, commence the attractive nationality
style tour, visit the Dragon Spruce Meadow by cable car to the altitude of 4300m ;
Virgin Forest and meadow at the foot of the mountain (Gan Hai Zhi) and have a
view of the snow capped Yulong Mountain ; Lama monastery (Yu Fen
Monastery) ; Black Dragon Pool . You can choose to take the big cable car (own
expense ) to the top of the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain ,where you will have the

Day05 Oct 4th(Fri) Lijiang - Zhongdian
Travel by road 40km to Tiger Leaping Gorge , here you will witness the true
power of the Yangtze River . Travel on 50km to the First end of the Yangtze River .
Continue drive 50Km's to Zhongdian , a pure virgin Tibetan area ,which is know as
Shangri-La paradise . As very few tourists ever visit this area , it remains virtually

between the Mandarin and English Speaking for group of 2 people in
Yunnan.Consider that you work in tour industry . We try our best to supply
you a very favor quotation to you : 970US$/person. There are thousands of
domestic tourists pour into Dali,Lijiang to travel during the three golden
weeks (three Public Holidays :Spring Festival , May Labour Day:May 1st-7th,
Otc National Day :Otc 1st-7th) . The coach fee ,hotel room rate , and local
reception fee will float up , nobody could estimate the situation's price
at that time , we quote based on the last Otc. Holiday , we have some risk
to do your tour if the coach fee floats higher than last year .
